About the Role

You will design, evaluate, and refine autonomous coding workflows that generate, debug, and improve JavaScript and TypeScript code across a wide range of development scenarios. The role involves validating code correctness, ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing logic, and guiding agents through multi-step implementation tasks. You will work with modern JS/TS ecosystemsincluding Node.js, frontend frameworks, APIs, tooling, and build systemsto assess output quality and overall reasoning. Ideal for candidates with strong JavaScript/TypeScript expertise and the ability to deconstruct coding tasks into clear, reliable, and efficient solution pathways.

Responsibilities

• Validate JS/TS patches, async workflows, and event-loop behavior.
• Debug test failures using Jest/Mocha.
• Use AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code) for reasoning and code analysis.
• Review frontend/backend logic, API flows, and code structure.
• Annotate issues with clarity, consistency, and correctness checks.

Skills & Experience Required

• 15 years hands-on coding in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of async/await, promises, Node.js architecture.
• Experience with Jest/Mocha, debugging tools, Git, and PR review.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted coding too.
• strong async reasoning & debugging.
