Job Description

The Code Compliance Specialist is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining user access across multiple systems. This role ensures accuracy, security, and efficiency in code management while supporting business operations through auditing, troubleshooting, and user communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in Microsoft applications, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilitie

  • Organize and maintain 1,000+ user IDs across multiple systems
  • Create and configure user access for new hires across platforms
  • Analyze and manage user codes to ensure proper role alignment
  • Update and modify permissions based on user roles and business needs
  • Transition users between multiple skills and functions
  • Load and manage client codes in the various databases
  • Reset and unlock user passwords as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve code related escalations in a timely manner
  • Communicate access codes and updates to users via mail merge/email
  • Disable inactive codes to maintain system security
  • Maintain a master repository of all user accounts and access details
  • Conduct regular audits across systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Generate and deliver reports, analysis, and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with advanced Excel skills including:
  • Logical functions (IF, INDEX/MATCH)
  • Data functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, TEXT functions)
  • Concatenate, MID, and other text/data manipulation functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in user access management, IT support, or system administration.
  • Proven experience implementing automation solutions to reduce manual processes and increase efficiency (e.g., Excel macros, VBA, Power Automate, or scripting).
  • Knowledge of compliance and audit processes related to user security.
