Coach & Proctor Role - Quantum Leap

• Act as a mentor and coach for Quantum Leap participants, guiding them through project execution.
• Support participants in idea validation, problem-solving, and benefit realization.
• Review A3s, project milestones, and provide structured feedback.
• Conduct coaching clinics, 1:1 sessions, and group mentoring to support learning adoption.
• Collaborate with the program team and Learning Program Lead to ensure seamless participant support.
• Support Learning and content development
• Measure project impact, engagement levels, and coaching effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 8+ years experience in coaching, business transformation, or operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge and experience of One or more of these areas- Lean Six Sigma, AI, Data Analytics and Data driven Decision manking, Risk Management.
