Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Co-Founder role located in Gurugram. As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's vision and strategy, driving business growth, and collaborating with the leadership team to ensure sustainable success. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, building and managing strong sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, and fostering communication across stakeholders to meet organizational goals. Leadership and entrepreneurship will be crucial for this role.
