Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder at XpertsLaw, based in New Delhi with opportunities for partial remote work. The Co-Founder will play a pivotal role in operational strategy, business growth, and innovation, integrating market research insights, overseeing sales and marketing functions, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The individual will also actively contribute to shaping the direction of the LegalTech platform by driving collaboration, decision-making, and partnerships to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to solve business challenges and shape strategic decisions.
- Proven Communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders, build partnerships, and foster team alignment.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive customer acquisition, strengthen brand visibility, and expand the outreach of the platform.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership ability and proficiency in problem-solving.
- Familiarity with the legal or LegalTech industry is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
