Role Description
The Co-Founder (Without Investment/Entrepreneurial) will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and growth of Global Carbon Warriors. Responsibilities include co-developing business strategies, identifying opportunities for partnerships, driving sales and marketing efforts, and contributing to the overall growth and development of the organization. The Co-Founder will also champion initiatives to implement sustainable solutions to address the climate crisis while collaborating with startups within the incubator. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate startups performance, market trends, and funding opportunities
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, investors, and startup founders
- Experience in sales and marketing, with a proven ability to build and maintain partnerships, as well as drive growth-focused campaigns
- Proven research skills and a strong understanding of climate-tech and sustainability trends
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and lead initiatives
- Passion for environmental sustainability and addressing the climate crisis
- Experience in cleantech, sustainability, or similar sectors is a strong advantage
- Relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience in business, environmental science, or related fields
