Role Description
The Co-founder with Investment at Leaex Parlourmates Private Limited will play a critical role in shaping the company's strategic direction and overall growth. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Indore, with the flexibility of some work-from-home opportunities. Responsibilities include driving sales and marketing initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, conducting market research to identify opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and actively participating in high-level decision-making processes. The Co-founder will also contribute financially to the business and support in scaling operations and acquiring new market segments.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research expertise for identifying opportunities and formulating data-driven strategies
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and establish a strong brand presence
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, lead teams, and engage with key stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation and driving change in the salon and spa industry
- Experience in a leadership or managerial role, demonstrating the ability to strategize and execute plans effectively
- Prior experience in the beauty or wellness industry is advantageous but not mandatory
