Co-Founder Operating Partner

Location: Bangalore (Preferred)

Commitment: Full-time

Stage: Early-stage build (Pre-scale)

Capital Commitment: 10L+ Strategic Investment

Equity: Structured & documented

Initance is a psychology-driven growth and automation firm operating at the intersection of behavioural science, strategic consulting, CRM automation, and AI.

We are building a dual-engine company:

  • Engine One: Psychology-Driven Growth
  • Engine Two: Systems-Driven Automation

At the intersection sits Convabo - a voice-first operational AI platform currently in MVP stage.

We are now entering a structured scale phase.

To accelerate this transition, we are looking for a Co-Founder Operating Partner to lead and scale the Initance Service Engine while the founder focuses on building Convabo into a production-grade AI system.

This is not an advisory role. This is a build-and-own mandate.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Service Engine Leadership

Own and scale Initance's revenue engine across:

  • Digital Marketing & Branding
  • Strategic Consulting
  • CRM & Workflow Automation
  • Neuromarketing programs

Drive structured revenue growth through retainers, automation projects, and high-ticket consulting.

Team Architecture & Execution

  • Build and manage cross-functional delivery teams
  • Establish execution SOPs and performance metrics
  • Ensure projects are profitable and repeatable
  • Reduce founder operational dependency

You will convert capability into systemized delivery.

Revenue & Client Acquisition

  • Lead GTM strategy for the service engine
  • Convert high-intent leads into retainers
  • Structure diagnostic-led entry offers
  • Drive expansion across the engagement ladder

This is not about random projects. It is about predictable, scalable revenue.

Operational Discipline

  • Set financial oversight structures
  • Manage burn vs revenue ratio
  • Build reporting dashboards
  • Ensure compliance & formal structuring

The goal: A stable, cash-generating service engine that funds AI expansion.

Strategic Alignment with Convabo

  • Prepare clients for AI adoption
  • Identify repeatable workflows feeding into productization
  • Align service delivery with long-term SaaS transition

Core Capabilities

Strong Operator Mindset

Experience building and managing revenue teams or service businesses.

P&L Ownership Experience

Comfortable managing budgets, revenue targets, and cost discipline.

GTM & Client Strategy

Ability to structure positioning, pitch mid-market clients, and close high-value retainers.

Systems Thinking

Thinks in processes, not chaos. Builds repeatable frameworks.

Long-Term Category Builder

Interested in building a differentiated Growth & Automation firm - not running an agency job.

Capital Commitment

This role requires a 10L+ strategic capital investment.
