Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder at Freight Alif Private Limited. As a Co-Founder and strategic partner, you will work closely with the leadership team to shape the company's vision, mission, and operational strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, bringing in investments, driving business growth, fostering partnerships, and overseeing sales, marketing, and operational goals. You will play an integral role in securing investments, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the efficiency and scalability of the platform.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Research skills to identify trends, evaluate market opportunities, and develop strategic solutions
• Exceptional Communication skills for collaborating with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing with the ability to drive growth and establish long-term customer relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving approach, and leadership capabilities to navigate challenges and scale the business
• High level of financial acumen and a demonstrated ability to secure investments
• Deep understanding of supply chain and logistics industries is highly advantageous
• Experience in startup or entrepreneurial environments preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
