Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Co-founder role based in Gurugram. As a Co-founder, you will oversee strategic business development, manage day-to-day operations, and drive organizational growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing and sales strategies, conducting market research, building partnerships, and ensuring the seamless functioning of operations. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of Homeday, working closely with stakeholders and leading a dedicated team to achieve business success. This position comes with investment equity.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business performance, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional Communication and Collaboration skills to lead teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Proficiency in Research for market trends, competitor analysis, and business opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation and strategic leadership.
• Experience in the home services or health services sector is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; an MBA is advantageous.
