Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder at Care Skills Academy Pvt. Ltd., located in Noida. The Co-Founder with investment will take an active role in strategizing, building, and scaling the organization. Responsibilities include crafting and implementing business growth strategies, leading sales and marketing initiatives, managing partnerships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment with the company's vision and mission. The Co-Founder will also play a pivotal role in decision-making, financial planning, and driving innovation within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends, creating strategies, and guiding data-driven decisions.
