Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder based in Gurugram. As a core member of Homeday, the Co-Founder will develop and implement strategic business plans, oversee operations, and foster partnerships to drive growth. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities, analyzing market trends, collaborating with key stakeholders, and leading sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives. The role also involves contributing to decision-making at the highest level to shape the future of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research experience to identify trends and evaluate business performance
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Proven Sales and Marketing expertise to drive growth and establish the company's presence in competitive markets
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively
• Prior experience in startups or entrepreneurial ventures is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
