Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Co-Founder with an Investment focus on Sales and Marketing at NOHUNG. The Co-Founder will be responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, and driving investment opportunities to support the growth and expansion of the business. Salary is not included in this job role at this point of time and will be considered in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing Leadership:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies

Investment Strategy and Fundraising:

  • Play an integral role in investment strategy, sourcing capital, and securing funding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, VCs, and other stakeholders.
  • Support business financials and strategic initiatives to meet growth objectives and attract additional investment.

Growth and Scaling:

  • Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment on growth targets and execution.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives that drive revenue and customer engagement.

Business Development:

  • Identify strategic partnerships, channels, and alliances to expand the business.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Min 4+ years of sales experience in SAAS previously
  • Need to be a part of an Investment
  • Analytical Skills and Research capabilities
  • Effective Communication and Sales abilities
  • Marketing expertise
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
