Role Description

The product is ready for Indian sports. Responsibilities include contributing to the strategic vision and growth of the company, leading marketing and sales efforts, leveraging industry trends and market data to guide business decisions, fostering partnerships, and ensuring the expansion of the product and services in alignment with its mission. The Co-Founder will play an integral role in guiding key business operations and fostering innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Research skills to identify opportunities, evaluate trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven expertise in Communication with excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Experience in Operations, Sales and Marketing strategies to drive growth and foster partnerships.
• Strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and prior experience in business development or a leadership role in a startup is a plus.
• Comprehensive understanding of sports technologies, streaming media solutions, and digital marketing trends will be an added advantage.
• Manage potential VC's, identifying investment opportunities, and providing strategic, operational, and financial support in pitches.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with a flexible, collaborative approach.
