We are seeking a passionate Tech Co-founder to lead the development and scaling of our tech platform and become a key player in shaping the future of MyMotoCo.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Tech Co-founder, you will:
- Lead Technology Development: Architect, design, and oversee the development of a robust, scalable platform for quick commerce in the automotive aftermarket.
- Build and Manage a Tech Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team to deliver innovative solutions.
- Develop the Product Roadmap: Collaborate with other founders to align technology initiatives with business goals and market demands.
- Implement Core Features: Work on features such as real-time inventory tracking, predictive analytics, AI-based recommendations, and seamless user experiences for B2B clients & customers.
- Ensure System Security and Scalability: Build a secure, scalable, and reliable tech stack to handle high transaction volumes and sensitive data.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with emerging technologies in e-commerce, logistics, and AI to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with the operations, marketing & business teams to implement tech solutions that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to Fundraising Efforts: Participate in pitching to investors, demonstrating the tech vision and potential for scaling MyMotoCo.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience in building scalable web and mobile applications, preferably in the e-commerce or logistics domain.
- Strong knowledge of modern tech stacks, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and database management systems.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics is a plus.
- Leadership Skills:
- Previous experience in leading tech teams or working in a startup environment.
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable tech strategies.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset:
- Passion for solving real-world problems and working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
- Willingness to take risks, own responsibilities, and drive innovation.
