Role Description

The Co-Founder position at Rupyaguru Fintech Private Limited is a leadership role responsible for shaping the company's strategic direction. The individual will lead key areas such as business development, team building, partnership management, and product innovation. This is an on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring active involvement in daily operations, decision-making, and fostering an entrepreneurial culture to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, partnership management, and managing alliances (BC / DSA / Channel)
• Proficiency in financial services, knowledge of digital lending, co-lending, and microfinance sectors
• Strong strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to oversee market expansions
• Proven experience in team management, leadership, and decision-making under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Deep understanding of the fintech industry, investor relations, and financial inclusion initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Previous startup experience or experience launching a business venture is highly desirable
