Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Co-founder role based in Delhi, India. The Co-founder will work closely with other founding members to define the business strategy, validate market opportunities, and drive execution across product, sales, and marketing. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and customer research, developing and refining the value proposition, building and maintaining key relationships, and overseeing core business operations. The role also involves leading fundraising efforts, managing budgets, and setting performance goals while fostering a strong team culture. The Co-founder is expected to take ownership, make informed decisions under uncertainty, and actively represent the company to partners, customers, and investors.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience using data and research to guide business decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Hands-on marketing experience, including developing go-to-market plans and executing growth initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with prior startup or business-building experience preferred.
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment and take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Leadership capabilities, including team-building, mentoring, and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus but not required.
