What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Build sales funnels and close early customers
- Shape the brand and craft messaging that resonates
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across channels
- Collaborate closely with the product/tech side to align growth and customer feedback
You Should Be:
- A self-starter with a proven background in B2B/B2C sales, marketing, or growth
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
- Ready to invest both time and capital.
- Passionate about startups and hungry to build something meaningful from the ground up
- Excellent communicator, confident networker, and strong closer
- Cofounder status and meaningful equity
- A voice in key decisions and company direction
- Full ownership of sales & marketing
- The opportunity to help build a company from 0 to 1 (and beyond)
Compensations:
- No salary for at least 6 months but long-term upside and profit sharing as we grow.
- This would be a complete PSR model.
