Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join us as a Co-Founder, leading the development and execution of our AWS Practice. This is a critical, hands-on leadership role that will be instrumental in shaping our service offerings, technical delivery, and overall growth strategy. The ideal candidate is a technical expert with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to contribute significantly to our journey from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- AWS Practice Building:Design, implement, and continuously mature our end-to-end AWS service offerings, delivery methodologies, and internal capabilities focused on Cloud, Data, and AI.
- Solutioning & Architecture:Drive solutioning efforts for client engagements, creating robust, scalable, and innovative technical architectures utilizing AWS services. This is a hands-on role requiring direct involvement in proof-of-concepts and initial implementations.
- Technical Proposal Writing:Lead the creation of compelling and accurate technical proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and effort estimates for prospective clients.
- Technical Leadership:Serve as the internal subject matter expert (SME) for all AWS-related technologies, mentoring future team members and maintaining high technical standards.
- Strategy & Growth:Contribute to overall business strategy, go-to-market planning, and establishing key partner relationships within the AWS ecosystem.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must-Have Hands-On Experience:Proven, solid hands-on experience in building and scaling an AWS-focused practice and delivering complex cloud solutions.
- Deep expertise in a broad range of AWS services, specifically within the Cloud, Data, and AI domains (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SageMaker, EKS, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive technical proposals that translate client business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Relevant AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional) are highly desirable.
Compensation and Commitment
- Initial Compensation:This role is initially based on Sweat Equity, reflecting the co-founder status and commitment to building the company's value.
- Future Compensation:Revenue Sharingwill be on the cards as the business secures its first contracts and generates revenue.
- Commitment:This is a Part-Timerole to start, requiring a consistent commitment to help scale the business during its initial phase.
- Location:Remotethis position can be based anywhere.
- Transition to Full-Time:The expectation is for the Co-Founder to transition to a full-time, salaried role when the company's financial strength permits.
