Global Health X is building next-generation solutions at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and delivery. We are looking for exceptional operators to join us at an early stage and help build impactful health products from the ground up.
In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of shaping and scaling a product from day zero driving problem discovery, building early solutions, working closely with clinicians and partners, and laying the foundation for sustainable growth. This is a hands-on role for individuals who thrive in ambiguity and are motivated by real-world health impact.
What You Will Own
03 Months: Problem Discovery & Solution Design
- Deeply understand healthcare workflows, patient needs, and on-ground realities
- Work closely with hospitals, clinics, and partners to identify high-impact problem statements
- Contribute to early product design, validation, and pilot planning
36 Months: Product Build & Early Adoption
- Drive MVP development and iteration in collaboration with tech and clinical teams
- Support pilot rollouts, feedback loops, and refinement of the solution
- Help shape early go-to-market thinking and value propositions
612 Months: Scale Foundations & Storytelling
- Support expansion across additional partners or use cases
- Track outcomes, impact metrics, and operational learnings
- Contribute to narratives for stakeholders, partners, and potential funders
Ideal Profile
- Background in engineering, healthcare, public health, life sciences, or a related field
- Exposure to product, operations, strategy, or program management in health or tech-enabled environments
- Experience working with hospitals, clinics, therapy centres, or healthcare ecosystems in India
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; comfortable working with limited structure and clarity
- Ability to translate complex on-ground insights into clear product and business narratives
- Founder-mindset ownership, bias for action, resilience, and comfort with ambiguity
Nice to have:
- Experience in digital health, healthtech startups, or early-stage company building
- Familiarity with pilots, field deployments, or multi-stakeholder healthcare environments.
