Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Co-Founder based in India. The Co-Founder will be actively involved in driving the strategic vision and digital operational execution of the company. Responsibilities include making high-level business decisions, leading the sales and marketing efforts, conducting market research, developing business strategies, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. The Co-Founder Growth & Performance Marketing will own and drive the startup's customer acquisition engine end-to-end, with complete accountability for scaling revenue through Meta and Google Ads. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously optimizing data-driven paid and organic marketing strategies that deliver measurable, profitable growth. You will play a pivotal role in steering the company's growth and ensuring successful outcomes in various domains of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy, execution, and scaling of Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Own performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency.
  • Build and test high-impact ad creatives, audiences, and landing page hypotheses using rigorous experimentation.
  • Set up and manage tracking, attribution, and analytics (GA, pixels, conversion APIs).
  • Allocate budgets dynamically based on performance and marginal returns.
  • Collaborate closely with product and sales to align messaging, funnels, and growth priorities.
  • Establish repeatable growth systems and playbooks to scale spend efficiently

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and research skills to evaluate business opportunities and market trends.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling paid channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in numbers, dashboards, and experimentation.
  • Ownership mentality: treats ad spend like personal capital.
  • Bias toward action, rapid testing, and continuous optimization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to build from zero and scale fast
  • Prior experience in startup environments and/or industry-specific knowledge is a plus.
