V BUILD INFRA is a construction company focused on delivering residential and commercial projects with strong planning, engineering practices, and transparent execution.

Our goal is to build trusted, well-designed spaces while expanding into multiple cities across India. We believe construction should combine quality, efficiency, and long-term value for clients, not just structures.

As we scale the company, we are looking for a Co-Founder who wants to build and grow a serious construction brand together.

This is not a job offer it is a founding role with equity and long-term ownership.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a committed Co-Founder with a founder's mindset who is ready to actively participate in building and scaling the company.

The ideal partner:

Is based in Hyderabad

Is ready to contribute initial capital to accelerate company growth

Wants equity and ownership, not just a salary

Has strong interest or experience in construction, real estate, business development, or operations

Is ready to work full-time and be involved in daily operations

EQUITY STRUCTURE

Equity structure will be discussed based on involvement and investment.

Typical structure: 50-50 or 60-40 partnership, depending on contribution and role.

Co-Founder + title (discussed) + board seat
