Role Overview

We are seeking a mission-aligned Co-founder to join our core leadership team. This role will focus on business growth, fundraising, strategic partnerships, and scaling global operations. You'll work directly with the founding CEO and help take Sensegrass to its next phase of scale, impact, and global presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy: Lead and execute global go-to-market strategy across B2B and B2G channels.
• Fundraising: Co-lead investment rounds (pre-Series A and beyond); manage investor relations and grant applications.
• Partnerships: Establish strategic alliances with governments, corporations, agribusinesses, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
• Product-Market Fit: Work closely with product/tech team to align features with market needs and customer feedback.
• Team Building: Recruit key team members, advisors, and regional representatives.
• Vision Execution: Help drive the long-term vision of becoming the global leader in climate-smart precision farming.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building or scaling a startup.
• Background in business development, operations, or venture growth (AgTech/ClimateTech preferred).
• Deep understanding or passion for agriculture, climate change, or sustainability.
• Strong global network, especially in emerging markets or public sector partnerships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to take equity-first compensation and grow with the company.
