Role Description

This is a full-time Co-Founder role located on-site in Nashik.

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Co-Founder/Technical Co-Founder to lead the end-to-end technology development of our IT startup. The ideal candidate will architect, build, and scale software products including web applications, mobile apps, and potentially game-based platforms.

This is a founding-level leadership role involving strategic decision-making, product development, and long-term technical vision. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, building key partnerships, and leading the overall growth and development of the startup. The role involves collaborating with the leadership team to identify market opportunities and develop product, overseeing operations, and ensuring efficient and sustainable business practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to identify business opportunities and solve complex

problems.

• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively represent the organization and collaborate with

internal and external investors.

• Proven expertise in develop website, application, software & games to drive company project and

revenue growth.

• Experience in developing and executing business strategies and forming partnerships.
• Entrepreneurial & leadership mindset experience develop tech base project.
• Experience in the startup ecosystem or IT company.

Technical Expertise (Must Have)

Software Development

• Strong in Python / Java / Node.js / .NET
• Backend architecture design
• API development
• Database knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Mobile App Development

• Flutter / React Native (cross platform)
• OR Native Android (Kotlin/Java) + iOS (Swift)

Web Development

• Frontend: React, Angular, Vue
• Backend: Node.js, Django, Laravel
• UI/UX understanding

Game Development

• Unity (C#)
• Unreal Engine
• Multiplayer integration
