Owsho is a hyperlocal multi-vendor marketplace focused on delivering everything nearby within minutes. Our vision is to redefine local commerce by enabling faster, smarter, and more efficient connections between customers and local businesses.
We are looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will lead the technology vision and execution of Owsho while also contributing as an investment partner. This is a leadership role with high ownership and long-term commitment.
Lead end-to-end technology development (App, Backend, Infrastructure)
Define and execute the product and technical roadmap
Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems
Collaborate closely with the founder on strategy and growth
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the product
Strong experience in app development and backend systems
Proven ability to build and scale technology products
Entrepreneurial mindset with a build from scratch attitude
Ability to contribute capital or bring strong funding access
Long-term commitment and leadership capability
Core founding team position
Meaningful equity (with vesting structure)
