Your Role as Co-Founder & CMO

You will lead and own everything marketing from brand and growth to storytelling and scale.

This is not a job; it's a leadership journey to build India's most loved education brand.

You will:

• Architect RiseUpp's brand strategy and creative identity across digital platforms
• Lead performance marketing, community growth, and influencer collaborations
• Build and scale user acquisition funnels (organic + paid)
• Drive PR, media, partnerships, and thought-leadership content
• Create viral campaigns that make RiseUpp a household name
• Work closely with the CEO & CTO to drive user growth, revenue, and impact

Ideal Profile

• 612 years of experience in marketing, brand, or growth (preferably in EdTech, consumer internet, or high-growth startups)
• Proven track record of scaling a brand or business from 0 1 100
• Strong storytelling and analytical mindset
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a deep passion for education and innovation
