Role Description
We are seeking a Co-Founder Chief Human Resource Officer to lead and innovate our HR strategies in this full-time remote role. The CHRO will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and drive talent and performance management initiatives. As a Co-Founder, you will actively contribute to shaping company culture, creating strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent, and establishing a scalable HR framework to support the organization's growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources operations and HR Policies, with a strong understanding of compliance and best practices
- Expertise in Employee Relations and Talent Management, ensuring positive workplace culture and effective team development
- Experience in Performance Management, developing evaluation metrics, and fostering employee growth
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to create scalable HR strategies in a growth-oriented environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus)
- Experience in technology, training, or sales-focused companies is advantageous
