We are building a creator economy marketplace from the ground up - and we're looking for a co-founder to lead it.

This is not a job. It's a founding seat at a venture that is being built with full operator support from Turbostart Global - an AI-first venture platform that co-founds companies alongside founding teams. You won't be going in alone.

The venture was born from a founder with deep roots in India's film and creative production ecosystem, whose idea was sharpened and narrowed into something focused and fundable in partnership with Turbostart. It is pre-launch, seed stage, and operating in a space where India's creative economy is ready to be organised at scale.

What this role owns

You will be the business engine of this company - responsible for scaling revenue, building strategic partnerships, and creating the organisational foundation for growth. You will define and drive go-to-market, own key commercial relationships, and make the structural decisions that turn early traction into a platform business. Fundraising is part of the mandate, but building is the job.

Who we're looking for

• 8–15 years of experience across startups, marketplaces, or high-growth consumer/creator businesses
• Has either raised capital before or worked closely enough to the process to lead it
• Thinks in systems - can hold product, ops, and commercial in one frame
• Comfortable with ambiguity and genuinely excited by zero-to-one
• Deeply fluent with modern tools and ways of working - speed matters, and how you build is as important as what you build
• Based in Bangalore or Mumbai (or willing to relocate)
