Role Description

This full-time, on-site role of Co-Founder (Beverages) is based in Varanasi and encompasses strategic and operational responsibilities. The Co-Founder will collaborate to develop and execute business strategies for the beverage industry, conduct market research, identify growth opportunities, and lead sales and marketing initiatives. Additionally, the Co-Founder will analyze performance metrics, foster relationships with stakeholders, and drive innovation to ensure long-term business success.

• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients
• A solid background in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to design and execute strategies that boost market presence
• Proven leadership abilities to spearhead business strategies and ensure impactful execution
• Entrepreneurial mindset, innovative thinking, and a result-oriented approach
• Experience in the beverage industry is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
