This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Co-founder and Product Manager. The role involves leading product strategy and development, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals, conducting market research, prioritizing product features, and managing the product lifecycle end-to-end. The Co-founder will also oversee go-to-market strategies, contribute to sales and marketing efforts, and work closely with the team to drive product success in the rapidly growing e-mobility sector.

• Strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Hands-on experience in Sales and Marketing to drive product adoption and market penetration.
• Proficiency in conducting market Research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Proven leadership abilities and a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• Passion for e-mobility, clean energy, and technological innovation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in SaaS, energy, or related industries preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
