Job Description

The Opportunity:

Nexura Health is building Ambient Intelligence for 1.2 million Indian doctors to solve the clinicalproductivity crisis. With our technical MVP 60 days from launch, we need a Commercial Co-Founder to lead our 0-to-1 market entry.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • The Pedigree: MBA in Healthcare Management from a premier institute (IIM, ISB, TISS, or equivalent).
  • The Growth Engine: High-aptitude for HealthTech sales, marketing, and hospital-level business development.
  • The Hybrid: Deep understanding of clinical workflows combined with a scale-obsessed builder mindset.

Your Role:

  • GTM & Sales: Ownership of the Go-To-Market strategy and closing initial provider pilots.
  • Partnerships: Building a market moat through medical association and distribution tie-ups.
  • Founding Leadership: Co-leading fundraising rounds and shaping company culture.

Requirements & Commitment:

  • Equity-Only Role: This is a founding partner role. There is no salary/remuneration until we close our first institutional funding round.
  • Skin in the Game: To ensure long-term alignment, a capital commitment of INR 7 Lacs is required as we head toward our first round.
  • DNA: Pure entrepreneurial builder mindset; ready to get hands dirty in a pre-revenue startup.
