Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Co-Founder position at Aatral ESP. As a Co-Founder, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to set the strategic direction of the company, drive business growth, and oversee operations. You will actively contribute to market analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making processes. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with potential clients, managing partnerships, and representing the company in key business discussions.

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
• Excellent Communication skills for building relationships, articulating ideas, and presenting effectively
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing strategies to drive business growth and develop customer engagement
• Research skills to identify market needs, competitor analysis, and explore new opportunities
• Leadership and team management capabilities with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
