This is a full-time, on-site position for a CNC/VMC/Hobbing/Grinding Operator based in Rajkot. The operator will be responsible for programming, machining, and operating CNC, VMC, hobbing, and grinding machines. Daily tasks include setting up machines, monitoring production processes, ensuring precision machining, and adhering to quality standards. Collaboration with the production team to maintain efficiency and troubleshoot mechanical problems is essential.

• Hands-on experience in programming CNC, VMC, and other related machinery
• Proficiency in operating and machining using CNC, VMC, hobbing, and grinding machines
• Ability to guide and support team members and share technical knowledge
• Strong understanding of gear manufacturing processes and precision machining
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in an industrial environment
• Relevant certifications, diplomas, or technical training in machining or related fields are advantageous
