We are seeking a skilled CNC Turning Operator to join our manufacturing team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC turning machines to produce high-quality components, while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC turning machines according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC turning operator (1-11 years).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine programming and operation.
- Familiarity with various CNC tools and equipment.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers.
- Basic understanding of G-code and M-code programming languages.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
