Job Description:
We are looking for a skilledCNC Turning Operator / Setterwith a minimum 1 year of hands-on experience to operate and set CNC turning machines efficiently while ensuring quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operateCNC Turning machines
- Read and interpretengineering drawings and work instructions
- Performtool setting, offset setting, and job setting
- Monitor machining operations to ensuredimensional accuracy
- Conductin-process inspectionusing measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, etc.)
- Identify and rectify minor machining issues
- Maintain proper documentation and production records
- Followsafety and quality standards
- Coordinate with supervisors and quality team to meet production targets
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant qualification
- Minimum1+ year experienceas CNC Turning Operator / Setter
- Knowledge ofFanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls(preferred)
- Basic understanding of cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters
- Ability to work inshiftsand meet deadlines
