We are seeking an experienced CNC Rolling / Cutting Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machines and will be responsible for ensuring precision and quality in production.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC rolling and cutting machines according to specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision in production.
- Adjust machine settings and parameters based on production needs and material specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and safety standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in operating CNC rolling and cutting machines.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and operations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
- Knowledge of different materials and their machining properties.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively.
