We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer with specialized proficiency in Pytha 3D CAD/CAM software. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and production, ensuring that architectural and furniture designs are accurately converted into machine-ready codes. You will play a critical role in minimizing material waste and ensuring high-precision manufacturing.

• Pytha Programming & Modeling:
• Interpret 2D/3D technical drawings and convert them into production-ready 3D models using Pytha software.
• Generate accurate NC codes and tool paths for CNC machinery (Routers/Machining Centers) directly from Pytha.
• Production Planning:
• Create detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) and cutting lists (optimize nesting) to ensure maximum material efficiency.
• Define tooling requirements, speeds, and feeds appropriate for different materials (wood, MDF, plywood, etc.).
• Quality Control:
• Simulate machine paths to detect collisions or errors before actual production.
• Conduct first-off inspections to verify that machined parts meet tolerance specifications and design requirements.
• Machine Operation & Maintenance:
• Troubleshoot programming errors on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with machine operators to ensure smooth execution of complex cuts and joinery details.
  

1. Education:

• Preferred: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Acceptable: Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with relevant industry experience.

2. Technical Skills:

• Mandatory: Expert-level proficiency in Pytha 3D CAD (Modeling, Generator, and CAM modules).
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes (3-axis / 5-axis routers).
• Ability to read and interpret complex architectural blueprints and joinery details.
• Bonus: Familiarity with other CAM software (e.g., WoodWOP, AlphaCAM) is a plus, but Pytha is the priority.

3. Location Requirement:

• Candidate must currently reside within a 10 km radius of New BEL Road, Bengaluru.
