Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC-NX Programmer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming, specifically with NX software, and will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs for various machining applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using NX software for various machining processes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand design specifications and requirements.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling and fixturing is in place.
- Conduct simulations and run tests to verify program functionality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming and machining processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in CNC programming, preferably using Siemens NX or similar CAD/CAM software.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling.
- Experience with G-code and M-code programming.
- Knowledge of machining materials and their properties.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
