Develop modify and optimize 3 axis 4 axis and 5 axis NC programs using TopSolid CAM
Perform G code verification toolpath review and machine simulation to ensure safe collision free machining
Support US onsite teams during prove out by resolving NC issues and providing timely program updates
Review machining strategies for improved tool life cycle time and productivity
Ensure NC programs comply with machine capability fixture constraints cutter accessibility and control compatibility
Contribute to fixture concept validation by evaluating machining feasibility and clearances Incorporate machining feedback update programs and maintain revision control and documentation
Collaborate effectively with onsite NC programmers manufacturing engineers and operators
Follow industry standards customer guidelines and best practices for NC programming
