This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Programmer / Operator, based at our state-of-the-art facility in Ahmedabad. The role involves interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, programming CNC machines for optimal performance, setting up and operating CNC equipment, and performing quality checks to ensure precision and accuracy. The CNC Programmer / Operator will also be responsible for maintaining machines, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring adherence to safety standards while meeting production goals efficiently.

• Proficiency in CNC Programming and hands-on operation of CNC machines
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Strong understanding of machine setup, operation, and tooling changes
• Knowledge of quality control standards and inspection tools
• Problem-solving ability for troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or programming issues
• Working knowledge of relevant software and CAD/CAM systems
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in CNC programming or operation is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated freshers
