Description
We are seeking a CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in operating CNC machines and will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment while ensuring high-quality production standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure operational efficiency.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using measuring tools.
- Collaborate with team members and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Basic understanding of CNC machine operation and programming.
- Familiarity with G-code and M-code programming languages.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
