Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator/VMC Operator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC/VMC machines to produce precision parts and components, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC/VMC machines according to specifications and requirements.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand machining requirements.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC/VMC machines.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines during operations.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating CNC and/or VMC machines.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with G-code programming and CNC software.
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on machinery.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and techniques.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
