Key Responsibilities- Operate CNC machines (CNC Lathe / VMC) as per drawings and work instructions
- Machine components such as dies, mandrels, sleeves, adaptors, and fixtures used in pipe production
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely
- Set tools, offsets, and workpieces under guidance
- Monitor machining parameters to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish
- Inspect machined parts using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, dial gauge)
- Identify machining defects and take corrective action or inform supervisor
- Maintain production records, job cards, and rejection reports
- Perform basic machine maintenance, tool change, and daily machine checks
- Follow 5S, safety, and housekeeping practices
- Meet daily production, quality, and delivery targets
