CNC Operator-Grinding

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator-Grinding to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC grinding machines to produce high-quality, precision parts. This role requires the ability to interpret blueprints, monitor grinding processes, and perform quality control checks to ensure adherence to strict specifications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Precision Grinding Operations: Perform grinding operations on CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to achieve precise dimensions and surface finishes. You will determine machining requirements from programs and blueprints, set up and operate CNC Universal Grinders, and load CNC programs into the machine control.
• Quality Control: Monitor grinding processes and perform in-process and final checks using gauges and measuring equipment to ensure efficient production of quality parts. You will inspect parts, make necessary adjustments, and verify that machining dimensions match the blueprints.
• Tooling and Setup: Mount and dress grinding wheels and dress wheels for profile grinding. You'll also set up appropriate magnetic chucks or jigs to securely hold components for grinding operations.
• Programming and Efficiency: Write and edit programs, select and prepare tooling, and ensure all machining tasks are completed within specified run times.

Skills Required
