Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and set up 3-axis CNC Milling machines.
- Prepare and execute 2D CNC programs based on job requirements.
- Interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and machining symbols.
- Work with G & M codes for machine operations.
- Handle boring tools and ensure precise machining.
- Conduct tool offset adjustments, speed/feed settings, and basic troubleshooting.
- Inspect components using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges).
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of 2D programming.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Practical understanding of G & M codes.
- Experience with boring tools and tool setting.
- Basic understanding of machining tolerances.
