Description
We are hiring CNC Milling Machine Operators and CNC Lathe Machine Operators for our European operations based in India. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in operating CNC machines, with a focus on precision and quality in manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines according to specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy in production.
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Conduct quality control inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as a CNC Milling Machine Operator or CNC Lathe Machine Operator.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
- Experience with tool selection and setup for various machining processes.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and inspection techniques.
- Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
