The location of our partner facilities Floaters are required to travel to are: St Peters, O'Fallon, Wentzville and Cottleville, MO.

Facility Floater Job Summary

The position of the CNA or Caregiver Facility Floater is to provide caring assistance with personal hygiene care, light meal prep, light housekeeping, changing bed linens, light laundry duties, medication reminders, etc. Providing a safe and healthy environment is necessary. The Floater is to be available to cover vacant shifts or for non-assigned new clients. The Facility Floater schedules are floor shift visits provided to the clients according to the client's care plan. The Facility Floater must be willing to work in the independent and assisted living apartment homes with pets if necessary and have a valid driver's license, own personal, reliable vehicle with insurance coverage required.

Facility Floater schedule: Availability needed for weekdays and weekends, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, six to twelve hour shifts.

Salary Description

  • $19.00 - $21.00/Hour

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have valid Driver's License, your own reliable transportation and vehicle insurance***
  • Must have at least one year of professional caregiver experience preferably with the geriatric population
  • Must be able to work with pets in client's assisted living home
  • Must possess moderate computer skills, including word processing and accurate charting/data entry
  • Must be a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be a team player dedicated to providing a high level of customer service, with a positive attitude
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and possess well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Must maintain required yearly training/education as mandated by agency
  • Availability/Ability work work 30 hours per month, required
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs, required

Salary Description

$19.00/hour - $21.00/hour
