The Work We Do

We create sleek, modern and efficient websites that look great and deliver phenomenal uptime, security, SEO and accessibility. All of our clients are in the US and European markets. We work on four kinds of engagements: website builds, site redesigns, regular maintenance and Lift-Shift projects (where we shift the CMS and don't do any redesign).

We have established partnerships with and are experts in the top CMS products including: Adobe Experience Manager, Kentico, Drupal, Webflow, Contentful and WordPress. As a company, we have the ability to deliver websites on any of these platforms.

About the Role

We are seeking a professional IT Trainer to lead our CMS Training Practice (WordPress, Drupal, and Umbraco etc.,). Your mission is to take the high-performing websites we build and make our clients easy for non-technical users to manage.

You will lead the hand-off processturning a launch into a smooth, empowering experience for our clients through clear documentation and engaging live workshops.

You do not need to be a coding expert. We need your talent for teaching, your patience for questions, and your ability to turn technical talk into simple, actionable steps.

The Opportunity

What You'll Do

  • Deliver engaging WordPress, Drupal, Umbracoetc., training sessions (live, virtual, and self-paced) tailored for users with varying technical skill levels.
  • Develop and maintain a library of high-quality, branded training materials, including illustrated user guides, how-to video snippets, and quick-reference resources
  • Tailor training modules for specific user roles, such as content editors, marketers, and site administrators.
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve training programs.
  • Act as a CMS subject matter expert and trusted resource for end users.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's in Communications, English, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or in a similar software enablement/teaching role.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to lead sessions with confidence and clarity.
  • Proven ability to lead sessions with confidence and clarity.
  • Skill in breaking down complex technical workflows into simple, jargon-free instructions for non-technical users.
  • A solid understanding of how websites function (e.g., Pages vs. Posts, menu hierarchies, and basic SEO/Accessibility principles).
  • Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules for multiple concurrent website launches.

Bonus
  • Prior experience with any Content Management System (WordPress, Drupal, Umbraco, Kentico, etc.).
