As a CMS Expert , you will be responsible for designing and implementing data integration solutions to bring together data from various systems and standardize the data feed and flow within our CMS solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their content management needs and requirements, and develop customized solutions to streamline the content creation, management, and delivery processes. You will work with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and content creators to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the data, and deliver seamless content experiences for our clients and their audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their content management needs and requirements, and develop customized solutions to address them.
- Design and implement data integration solutions to bring together data from various systems into our CMS solutions.
- Standardize the data feed and flow within our CMS solutions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Develop and maintain data mappings, transformations, and workflows to facilitate the exchange of data between systems.
- Configure and optimize CMS platforms to support efficient content creation, management, and delivery processes.
- Provide training and support to clients on how to use and maintain CMS solutions, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Stay updated on the latest CMS technologies and best practices, and incorporate them into our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our CMS offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a CMS Expert or similar role with a focus on data integration and standardization.
- Strong understanding of content management systems and their capabilities, particularly in bringing together data from various systems.
- Experience designing and implementing data integration solutions using APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PHP.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with content marketing principles and strategies
