Job Title: Module Manager CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization)
Location - Dholera, Gujarat (Hybrid)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CMP Module Manager to lead our CMP processes, tools, and engineering team in a hightech semiconductor fab. This role is ideal for someone who understands CMP deeply, enjoys solving complex problems, and can guide a team through startup, ramp, and highvolume manufacturing.
What You Will Do
- Lead CMP process development and optimization for advanced technology nodes.
- Improve yield, cost, and throughput by refining existing CMP recipes.
- Guide and mentor a team of process & equipment engineers.
- Solve CMP-related process, defect, and equipment issues using data-driven methods.
- Work with cross-functional teams (integration, device, manufacturing, suppliers).
- Support new fab phases: tool movein, installation, qualification, and ramp.
- Ensure safety, documentation, audits, and compliance for all CMP operations.
What You Need
- 812+ years of semiconductor CMP experience (depending on degree).
- Hands-on expertise with CMP tools, slurries, pads, and advanced fab processes.
- Experience working on advanced nodes (7nm/5nm/3nm).
- Strong knowledge of DOE, SPC, APC, and data analysis tools (JMP, Minitab, Python, etc.).
- Prior experience leading engineers or managing a team.
Good to have
- Experience with SEM/TEM/AFM/XPS and other CMP metrology tools.
- Knowledge of liquid delivery systems.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification.
